Thick and showy spikes of long deep violet-blue flowers in late Summer and Autumn. Bright green foliage with a fragrance of anise. Upright clumping habit. Equally good in pots and containers or in the perennial border. Butterflies just love this one!! Plant in well drained or dry soil. Also a good cut flower. Height 60cm Spread 40cm.
