A popular variety of Miscanthus, this grass has been used in gardens since 1900. Miscanthus sinensis 'Variegatus' is sometimes referred to as one of the best varieties of miscanthus for its white foliar effects it projects on the landscape that surrounds it.
Miscanthus are wonderful clump-forming, ornamental grasses which are very reliable and hardy. While it still has its height, Miscanthus sinensis 'Yakushima Dwarf' is lower growing than other varieties, with an approximate mature height of 100 cm.
A real showstopper! Variegated green and white foliage with dark pink tips. Berry pink feathery flowers add extra drama in Summer and Autumn. Enjoys full sun or partial shade. Also good in containers. Height 100cm. Spread 80cm.
