A kitchen herb. Grow in well drained soil in a sunny position or in pots/containers. Fine blue green feathery foliage with yellow-green flowers in Summer. Seeds & leaves are used to flavour meat and fish dishes. Also used for medicinal purposes. Height 100 cm spread 40 cm.
(Foeniculum vulgare) Light green foliage. Leaves are used with oily fish, sea food & salad dressing. Fennel tea is good for upset stomach. Height 180 cm.
