Aubrieta, also known as 'Rock Cress' are mat-forming evergreen perennials, with small leaves and short stems bearing 4-petalled flowers in shades of pink, purple and blue in spring.

'Italian Bugloss' is a biennial or short-lived perennial however, do not let this put you off. It is still a magnificent plant with stunning flowers and structural integrity.
