Aubrieta, also known as 'Rock Cress' are mat-forming evergreen perennials, with small leaves and short stems bearing 4-petalled flowers in shades of pink, purple and blue in spring.
Small cushion-forming perennial with grey-green evergreen leaves. Red flowers from June-August. Height 10 cm. Plant in a sunny position, free-draining soil.
A long flowering and trouble free addition to a late spring and summer border. The double red flowers are showy and borne well above the plant. Height 60 cm. Spread 50 cm.
Mossy. Very compact rosettes of shiny bright green foliage. Lots of tiny pink-red flowers with yellow centers in April and May. Prefers a cool, moist position. Good in a rock garden. Height 10 cm. Evergreen.
