Aubrieta, also known as 'Rock Cress' are mat-forming evergreen perennials, with small leaves and short stems bearing 4-petalled flowers in shades of pink, purple and blue in spring.
Upright and strong stems bear daisy-like flowers. Reddish-orange flowerheads appear in late summer and early autumn, extending the flowering season. Height 90 cm. Spread 60 cm.
Exuberant blood red flowers, 20 cm across, with a silky tissue paper delicacy. Born on strong upright stems they will bring zing to a planting scheme. Height 80 cm. Spread 60 cm.
Snap-dragon like open-mouthed red flower, with white throat, borne in racemes from July till October. Sunny position and free draining soil. Height 75cm.
