Astrantia are beautiful, clump-forming perennials with attractive glossy foliage. The produce stunning flowers which are surrounded by showy bracts which often provide a splash of colour. Astrantia is also known as 'Hattie's Pincushion' or 'Masterwort'.
This evergreen plant will quickly form decent cover. The carmine rose flowers will appear from mid to early summer. Foliage provides also good autumn colour. Height 25 cm. Spread 60 cm.

Lambs Tongue Evergreen, mat-forming. Woolly grey foliage, excellent for ground-cover or front of border. Pink flowers from June-August. Height 40 cm. Sunny position.
