Cross between a herbaceous Paeony and a Tree Paeony. Forms a mid sized bush of lush green foliage. Large semi-double flowers, their white petals having a lovely lavender purple base. Height 70cm. Spread 90cm.
Pincushion Flower Mounds of grey-green foliage contrast beautifully with tall stems of soft-pink flowers from May-October. Height 40 cm. Sunny position, any free-draining soil.
Garden plant for flowerbed in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Will tolerate partial shade. Needs a sheltered spot. Good in beds, borders, coastal and cottage gardens, or in large containers.
