Anthemis ‘Tinpenny Sparkle’ is a stunning upright clump-forming herbaceous perennial. Its finely divided grey-green foliage gives way to slender, erect stems which bear attractive daisy-like, creamy-white flowers with yellow centres throughout the summer months. It is perfect for use in sunny borders, cottage gardens, flower arranging and containers. It can reach a maximum height and spread of approximately 60 cm. A truly stunning and robust daisy-like plant, a must for the garden!
Suggested Care: Anthemis ‘Tinpenny Sparkle’ should be planted in moist but well-drained, loamy soils, positioned in full sun. It must be protected by excessive winter wet. Wind protection should be provided. This plant is drought tolerant once it is established. While it does have a long flowering period it will benefit from occasional shearing over in the summer to tidy the plant and to promote another flush of flowers.
Planting Instructions: Break up the soil well before planting and dig a hole twice the size of the pot. Remove plant from the pot by tapping the rim of the pot in āup side downā position. However, do not pull the plant from the pot. Firm soil after planting and water regularly for the first month.
