Camassia caerulea Alba is one of the best Spring flowers! Tall spikey stems are topped by creamy-white star shaped flowers, appearing like a pyramid. Plant in moist soil in a sunny position. Height 90 cm.

Camassia caerulea Alba, or white camass, is a perennial flowering plant in the Asparagaceae family. It features striking white, star-shaped flowers that bloom from March to April on tall spikes, with long, narrow, grass-like leaves forming a basal rosette and a height of 60cm.

For cultivation, it requires well-draining, organic-rich soil and grows best in full sun to partial shade. Regular watering is essential, the plant can tolerate some drought once established.

White camass is popular in gardens for its attractive blooms and supports pollinators like bees and butterflies.
