Calamagrostis arundinacea

Upright and clump forming, tufted grass. Forms a mound of arching narrow grey-green leaves. Fluffy, arching pink tinged flower plumes in late Summer and Autumn fade to a silvery-grey. Makes an attractive dried flower. Garden plant for flowerbed in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Good in beds and borders. Excellent for mass planting but also good as a specimen or in large containers. Approximate height and spread- 100cm x 70cm.

Crested Scaly Male Fern. An evergreen easy to grow fern. Forms a rosette of erect, arching, crested fronds that open golden-green when young and turn bright green as they mature. Height 100 cm, spread 90 cm.

Fargesia angustissima

Non invasive bamboo. Upright habit, narrow canes that holds slender arrow shaped delicate green leaves. Grow to 4 metres. It can be grown in a container but water regular. Plant in moist well drained soil in partial shade.
