Anemone ‘St Brigid Mix’ is a stunning little early spring flowering plant. This perennial alpine bears daisy like double flowers which appear in a range of colours including red, pink, white, purple and blue. It is perfect for brightening up areas in mid-spring, before the leaves appear. Reaches approximately 25 cm in height and has a spread of 15 cm. The flowers are delightful as they can last for weeks. They are ideal for planting along paths, borders, rock gardens and under shade trees! Plant them in groups to see a beautiful mound of colour every spring.
Suggested Care: Anemone ‘St Brigid Mix’ should be planted in well-drained soil and positioned in partial shade. This variety will need frost protection in colder areas. ‘St Brigid Mix’ goes dormant after flowering, so don’t worry if it disappears, you’ll see it in the same place, at the same time the following year!
Planting Instructions: Break up the soil well before planting and dig a hole twice the size of the pot. Remove plant from the pot by tapping the rim of the pot in ‘up side down’ position. Do not pull the plant from the pot. Firm soil after planting and water regularly for the first month.
