Argyranthemum Madeira Crested ‘Yellow’ is a stunning shrub which is often grown as an annual due to its tender habit. It forms a compact mound of divided grey-green leaves from which, gorgeous semi-double pale yellow flowers with a deeper yellow centre from late spring through to autumn or until the first frost. Suggested Care: Argyranthemum Madeira Crested ‘Yellow’ should be grown in moist but well-drained, moderately fertile soils, positioned in a sunny area. You should deadhead Argyranthemums regularly to prolong the flowering period, also pinching the growing tips will ensure a compact growing habit. A winter mulch may protect their dormant roots from the frost. Watering during prolonged dry spells is essential as the plants will become dried out and droopy.
Planting Instructions: Break up the soil well before planting and dig a hole twice the size of the pot. Remove plant from the pot by tapping the rim of the pot in ‘up side down’ position. However, do not pull the plant from the pot. Firm soil after planting and water regularly for the first month.
